Please ensure all installation components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the unit back into its original manufacturer box with all protective foam, remotes, and documentation to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
